The research work is actual, because it has shown the importance of English language that is expanded in a society nowadays. Grammar, as a set of rules, plays a very important role in teaching / learning process.
The goal of the research is to demonstrate how effective and productive are the modern methods, approaches and techniques in teaching and learning process. This research studies the effectiveness of teaching grammar in activities. The methods and approaches have been selected for teachers in teaching the theory of English Grammar.
The novelty of this work is the experiment, where I have used the effective methods of teaching English Grammar. The result has shown that the most effective methods are Grammar-Translation Method and Communicative Language Teaching. Grammar-Translation Method allows students to get some knowledge in grammar which develops learners’ communicative skill
