Presumptions and their importance in the prosses of statement

In this work is defined justical statement as a conseption of the partisipants circumstantinlly well-arranged occupation.
Here is relised the essance of statement and statement as a goal of intelectual work in the civil proceedings and also attention is focused on the basic moments, which are important for accessing essance of statement.
One of the subsection of this work is about the subjact of statement with the purpose of confirm is achieved the whole work of statement. There is also practical definition of the subjact of statement. In this work is compared Georgian and German civil procedural justice connecting with facts of statement subjact.
In one of the subsaction there is general description of principle it’s importance and forms.
Here is also defined principle of competitiveness as a garant of sharing the load of statement. The main part ia about effirmative presumptions.
First of all here is the general description of presumptions and their forms which are often used in civil process.
In this work is spoken about role and importance of presumptions and is discussed the practic of Georgian Supreme Court which emphasizes the importance of presumtions in the civil preceedings.
And the final part of this work is about presumptions and conclusions which are in arguments of in commodity and labour lows in which as a result of logical talk all subjacts discussed in this work are summarised.
