Abstract
Thesis of Teona Gogitidze, Master of Education, ‘’Development of Collaborative Skills in Students" discusses the role and benefits of collaborative learning among students in the learning process. In order to conduct a student-centered lesson, the use of collaborative learning techniques is one of the most effective methods for the student's personal and social development. Each method is described and the course of the methods is indicated, indicating when, at what stage of the lesson each of them will be used.
The aim of the research is to investigate and study the extent to which the teacher uses collaborative learning methods and strategies in the learning process, how students have developed personal and social skills. How to help students develop these skills, how to ensure the development of collaborative skills among students.
Research Objectives: To identify problems that hinder the development of collaborative teaching skills, to help the teacher to introduce approaches to improve pedagogical skills in students in their own pedagogical practice.
The scientific novelty of the research is: offering methods and approaches to develop collaborative skills, selecting ways and means.
Conclusions are drawn based on the analysis of sources and research results. The materials are presented with examples, which raises the possibility of their practical application.
The paper is intended for teachers and students.
