Abstract
The master's thesis "Legal Regulation of Property Insurance" gives the reader a general idea of the nature of insurance, the essence of insurance and its origins. An appropriate place in the work is devoted to the description of the types and forms of insurance. In more depth, it informs us about property insurance, what role it plays in the development of the country and society.
The main text of the works is based on the legal basis for the content, conclusion, validity and termination of a property contract. The rights and obligations of the parties to the property insurance contract and the main types of property insurance are discussed in detail, as well as an important place is given to the rules for calculating insurance premiums.
More precisely, the aim of this works is to provide the reader with a general overview of insurance, and specifically property insurance. To give him the opportunity to get comprehensive answers to interesting and necessary questions for him, such as property insurance policy, insurance risks, insurance case, insurance compensation etc.
Studying this thesis will help the reader to avoid the uncertainties associated with the property insurance contract and to be prepared to deal with insurance organizations, as the works covers all the important issues that are needed at each stage of the contract or operation. Citizens, due to lack of proper information, are often the victims of uncertainty, due to misunderstanding of this or that clause of the contract. However, it should be noted that the law deals with more general issues and does not always answer the questions that are important to us. There are cases when the insurance applicant needs more comprehensive information on a number of issues. The above mentioned leads the need for additional manuals so that customers do not make mistakes and do not be affected by the property insurance contract.
