The submitted Master work is dedicated to the procedural aspects of admissibility of the evidences in criminal proceeding. In the work, it’s been discussed history of origin and development of the evidences, it’s separable types and features, also it’s been outlined procedural issues, wich are determined for the admissibility of evidences.
The master work consists of introduction, three main chapters, five paragraphs and conclusion, which are attached a list ot the used literature and it totally includes 66 pages, printed on the sheet of paper.
In the master work, it’s thoroughly discussed such issues as they’re: historical aspects of origin and development of the evidences,concepts and elements of admissibility of the evidences and the problems of admissibility of certain kinds of evidences. In the first chapter, it’s been discussed all significant literatures, which I got acquainted in order to study the theme perfectly. The second chapter includes the study of the concepts and types of the evidences themselves, where it’s deeply been explained all characteristics, also the basic accent has been made on the procedural issues themselves, which play great role during the admissibility of the evidences. In the third chapter, it’s been reviwed the results, got on the basic of the research and in the form of conclusion ,it’s finally spoken about the evaluations and recommendation.
