Abstract

Your brand is the way your customer perceives you. People tend to do business with companies they are familiar with . A clear brand strategy provides the clarity that your staff needs to be successful. It tells them how to act, how to win, and how to meet the goals. It is not enough for a city to have a brand that attracts tourists. Cities must have an identity that reaches across different markets and customers and tells a unifying story about the value the city can add to the activity that is looking for a home. The key point is that identity does not just help us to sell our city; it is also critical to shaping and building our city and providing the magnet that can draw people and institutions together for a common identity and purpose.
