Abstract
The master's thesis studies the factors that affect the student's gender socialization in the
school environment. The master's thesis researches influence of teachers and teaching books on
the gender trends and gender stereotypes learning process by the students.
The study presents two research: The first survey was conducted in Georgia, the Georgian
public school, with teachers who teach basic and middle classes, using qualitative research
method techniques, depth interviews. Research studies: Attitudes and behaviors of teachers
towards girls and boys; Transmitted gender attitudes from teachers to pupils; Issues of get use
gender trends in the process of gender socialization, which are the basis of cultural norms; Role
of teachers in the process of differentiated gender socialization.
