The following paper is about the problems of labor and professional unions in Georgia. The
main cause is neoliberal economic agenda, which explains the problems of organizing labors. At the
same time, there is discussed the factors that delaying the labors the process of organizing.
The work reflects ideological frameworks, history, development and implementation of
neoliberalism, as well as the practices and reforms of Georgia. The preliminary work and its
significance, as well as its role in neoliberal order are discussed. What are the issues related to
organizing issues during pre-labor, as well as the reasons of neoliberal political and economic order in
relatively stable employment areas are the organizational problems. The territories of trade unions
and history of organization of workers in Georgia are discussed. The work refers to the actions of the
trade union, its shortcomings and the progressive processes after the independence of the general
form and also indicates its role in organizing the process.
