Effectiveness of anti-crisis management of enterprises in the conditions of pandemic in Georgia

Fluctuations in product turnover and production volume, falling production and uneven development of the economy in general create a crisis situation in production. When appropriate actions are not taken in time for the financial security of the enterprise, there is a risk of bankruptcy. An important component of the formation of state budget revenues is the results of the business sector and their activities, therefore protection and development of business crises is a very important issue for the state. For the theory and practice of business administration, enhancing the role of anti-crisis management, making the right decisions to escape from a crisis situation becomes very important in modern conditions. In order to avoid negative processes, the company uses various methods of anti-crisis management, the study and implementation of which is very important in Georgian practice.
The paper discusses the classification of crises in the enterprise and presents ways to reduce and prevent the causes and factors of the crisis. Also discussed - the negative impact of the crisis caused by the pandemic on the business sector and the issues of improving the anti-crisis management of enterprises. The main goal of the enterprise anti-crisis management is to develop and implement measures aimed at neutralizing all factors and events leading to the crisis. Therefore, this issue is very important for the representatives of companies, on which the pace of business sector development and its financial consequences directly depends, as well as for the welfare of the society, which is directly related to the development of the business sector and the country's economy. Business companies are one of the most important parts of the state financial system, therefore the effective management of enterprise finances is a very important issue for the proper functioning of the financial system of any country.
The aim and objectives of the research are to analyze the role of anti-crisis management in the activities of the enterprise, to discuss the levers by which business companies operating in Georgia try to get out of the crisis situation with minimal losses, ie. What methods and ways of anti-crisis management are used.
The findings and recommendations of the study will make it possible to increase the effectiveness of anti-crisis management of enterprises.
