The master thesis deals with the ‘’Sales contract execution on Georgian, American international sales According to the Vienna Convention’’. The thesis studies the important issue for the private law, namely the contract sale and its execution, which is the key point in a relationship under private law and deals with its fundamental issues.
The thesis will focus on not only Georgian but also American practice. A comparison will also be made with the Vienna Convention on the International Sale of Georgian-American sales Agreement. The work therefore covers such important issues as the essential terms of the contract, its form and essence, Also, the main focus will be made on the execution of the sale contracts, its importance and necessity. The work will focus on termination of the contract, compensation and monitoring issues.
The master thesis covers the judicial practice of sale, that will help us to better define its meaning and role in today's society. We will discuss one of the famous case which will also help us to determine the content of the Convention and the necessity of its application in the Court's decision.
One important part of the work will be dedicated to the Vienna Convention on the International Sale of Goods. We will introduce with its key terms, comments and content, what are the terms of the contract, the offer, what considerations exist in judicial practice and what is the quality of justice and trust. We will also discuss the price regulations. It will also discuss its necessity for the period when it was created.
Therefore, the main research area of the Master's thesis is the comparison of the implementation of American sale law with the International Convention and the Georgian Sale Contract, mainly the aspect of its implementation.
