Abstract
Hazelnut production in Georgia is of great economic importance and can bring quite high incomes to our country. In addition to the growing demand for nuts in the world market, there is also a traditional wide demand for these products in the local market of Georgia. Not only at the expense of new gardens, but also at the expense of effective maintenance of old gardens, it is possible to get much more crops with the introduction of modern agro-technical measures. Timely and high-quality agro-technical works in the hazelnut industrial garden can increase the yield of existing plants by 1.5 - 2 times and increase the yield per hectare by 2.5 - 3.5 tons [file: /// C: /Users/99555/Downloads/.- UNDP_GE-1.pdf]
