The presented master's thesis is dedicated to the development of e-commerce trends and prospects in Georgia. In the context of scientific and technical progress, the Internet, as one of the main e-commerce technologies, is not only an important resource for our daily lifestyle, but also a key tool for managing various activities, which saves our time and material cost.
Thesis examines and analyzes the e-commerce general principles and features; also it includes the e-business essence, the e-commerce directions with its organizational models.
There is a study about the use of electronic technology in the world e-commerce, including e-commerce development trends in the world business and the use of both positive and negative sides.
It is investigated in Georgia the current e-commerce trends and defined its possible prospects of development.
