The thesis provides the assessment of effectiveness of the women NGO-s in the process of development of the civic society, protection of women’s rights and interests and establishment of gender equality in the country. The opus deals with the analyses of the influence of the women NGO activities over the decision-making process of public entities and governing structures. Some major factors contributing to the successful implementation of those influences together with the circumstances that obscure their positive implications are highlighted herein as well.
