In Georgia, as well as in other post-Soviet countries, there are a number of problems and challenges related to public service. The new Law of Georgia on Public Service has been launched since January 1, 2017, and required the implementation of reform in public institutions. For effective work and development of public institutions with the other conditions, there is a need for effective, objective, transparent and fair system of evaluation of the work performed by a public servant, in case public officials should properly and effectively implement the rights and duties that they hold on a particular position. The research topic is quite relevant, because the objective assessment of public servants directly affects its possibilities.
