dc.description.abstract	Filing a lawsuit in court violates or disputes a person there is a legal way to restore the right. Everyone has the right Protect your rights legally. In the work, there is discusses both the lawsuit as a whole and the group the history of the origin and development of the suit, its types. In the work, there is the current faces of the group suit are shown around the world in countries and legal ways of its use. The institute of group litigation in our country so far It is not regulated by law, although it is likely to be soon introduction of this institution will be on the agenda The necessity in Georgian jurisprudence. We have the opportunity to do this we met everything in advance, well prepared and group fully adopts the institution of the lawsuit to Georgian law. The group lawsuit is related to American law and America It is considered to be the homeland of the group suit, even though it is the institute originally originated in England. A group lawsuit can sharp saving of time and finances. When a group of people one and the same right has been violated, they can file one lawsuit in court and thus save time, save costs, avoid making different decisions on the same case and hand to promote the establishment of proper judicial practice. As a result of the analysis and processing of the issue under consideration in the work I tried to better see the essence of the group suit, its pros and cons disadvantages and ways of its development in Georgia and perspective. The work discusses grouping in different countries ways to develop a lawsuit and the rules that apply today. Also in the paper examples from different countries are given in the group lawsuit to better represent its essence of introduction and development and to see.	en
