Abstract
The aim of the following research was to reveal the importance of employee developing as a core value of organization development. Howmuch management cares about their employee’s motivation. Throughout history, work takes central place in the individuals and society lifes. In any society work determines the way of life. Process of organization development makes some changes in the organization which have its impact of the people in the organization. In this thesis we studied what is the importance of employee’s care developing in the Georgian organizations. We have studied one of the Georgian organizations which ischaracterized by fast growing. We have used a Hakman and Oldham test which measures Motivation potential score. The second instrument, was “Phase Diagnosis” by Friedrich Glasl, Trude Kalcher and Hans Piber (2008).
