This master’s work refers to study managing strategies of modern public school. The actuality of the topic is caused by the meaning of the education role in a person’s development and formation. A person’s development and realization in society starts from school and its source is the state which gives us managing strategies of the system.
In the first chapter of the work I have discussed the notion of a public schooland strategies of educational system: how important a school is and what are its managing and educational characteristics, what regulations and laws exist in the educational system. (not only in Georgia but in other countries as well).
In the second chapter I have studied historical facts and events of a public school in ancient Greece and Rome, also the origin of Georgian educational system and historical sources about early period schools. Historically, the state was always supported these processes. It’s clear that the priority of any advanced country must be education. Historically, cultural and educational activities were regulating and decisive in many processes.
As for the third chapter it deals with the learning process development, its management, the relationship between state and educational structures and parents, the importance of society involvement at modern public schools. The unity of these components must be discussed considering social relations and values.
In this master’s work I have presented and discussed innovative aspects which is proved by sociological research conducted by us.
