Georgia is particularly rich in natural and cultural resources, their optimal use will make the country as the world-class tourist product and create the opportunity to get the unique impressions. This kind of strategic approach is more likely to attract high-paying tourists not only from the post-Soviet countries, but also from the European Union, the US, the Middle East and Asia. In order to realize it is necessary to provide the convenient and affordable by simplified air travel from important tourist markets. This, in turn, requires further development of the civil aviation sector, which will help to increase the number of international and local flights. Therefore, the business environment cannot be improved without the development of economic cooperation forms between the state and private companies, which ultimately ensures the effective operation of not only the aviation, but also the country's overall transport system. Thus, our state and its government should review the existing regulations and develop the approaches that will make the national companies more secure, active and effective.
