Gender Discrimination, Comparison of Georgian and European Legal Standards

The topic of the presented master's thesis "Gender Discrimination, Comparison of Georgian and European Legal Standards" is very relevant, as not only Georgia but also the world faces a number of challenges in this regard, as evidenced by human relations and, consequently, court practices. The aim and task of this paper is to present the existing problems and ways to solve them in relation to gender discrimination. In addition, the subject of research is Georgian and European legal standards and their comparison, which will facilitate in-depth research and analysis of gender discrimination issues. The presented paper will clarify the current challenges and ways to eliminate them.
