Abstract
U.S. rebalance strategy was a key point in U.S.-China relationships. After U.S. instituted this
strategy tried to balance China’s influence in the region. He decided to rebalance in diplomatic,
economic and military aspects. Diplomatic meant to deepen it’s relationship with part ner
countries and to establish new relationships, military rebalance meant to enter naval powers
and establish military relationships with the countries of the region. China saw these acts
negatively and against it’s core interests. Rebalance strategy also had impacts on territorial
disputes in south china sea, Myanmar and China relationships, Malacca Dilemma was in dailym
agenda of China. Myanmar had an important geopolitical location for China, it could have
access to Indian ocean through Myanmar also decide Malacca streat problem. One more
problem between U.S. and China is American view on communism. U.S.is famous with it’s
promotion of democracy in the world, it’s high rank officials always criticized communism. U.S.
has always been against such kind of rule and officialy stated it, this was against China’s
interests. For China domestic stable was it’s core interest, which meant communist regime
gavernance. U.S. also had Trans-Pacific Partnertship initiative, which did not mean China as it’s
member state and put it undet threat that organization member states would replace China’s
goods in U.S. markets and that would be great impact on it. U.S. rebalance policy to China
doesn’t mean that U.S. is in a bad role and is not right with China. According to structural
realism U.S.acts are normal and adequate in that situation. U.S. is trying to reach maximum
power, just like China, who has recently gained power and also tries to reach maximum power.
China is trying to replicate U.S. become a hegemon in it’s region and if it will be ablle to reach
this aim, maybe we will see a new countru just like U.S. Despite these cases, U.S. was trying to
act like, not to have any military tensions with China, because it was an important partner
