The first chapter is dedicated to the study of literature, which briefly describes the basic literature used to better understand the work. The second chapter deals with the aspects of origin and development of judicial evidence in the Criminal Procedure, as well as the concept and essence of evidence, as well as the types of concrete evidence, such as the testimony of the defendant, the testimony of the witness, the indirect testimony, the document and the expert's conclusion. The third chapter speaks about the crime of the crime and the traces of the crime. This chapter is dedicated to the processual assemblies, examination and evaluation of substantive evidence, as well as procedural methods and means of gathering. The last chapter presents the results of the kilograms that deal with the analysis of the problems in the previous chapter.
This work is fully based on the Georgian legislation. The information base of the work is also composed of works of various scientists and articles, educational literature and various material in the Internet space.
