კურსდამთავრებულთა ძირითადი გამოწვევები, სოციალური მომსახურების სააგენტოში

The aim of this paper is to analyze the main challenges, that have Tbilisi State University’s graduate social workers in social service agency. Also to analyze how ready they are for practice, concretely in a social service agency.
The interviewees were conducted with graduates of Tbilisi State University’s social work’s programmes (baccalaureate and master’s studies), who are employed in a social service agency, also senior social workers and experts. The reseach conducted in Tbilisi. The instrument of this research is guidelines of depth interviews.
The main findings of this research are, that main challenges are connected with difficult working conditions, lack of social workers and lots of responsibility. Also Tbilisi State University’s graduate social workers are mostly ready to work in a social service agency.
