Abstract
The Master's work refers to research of Physical Education and Sports lessons' Practice
of the Middle School, theoretical analysis has been conducted about the key issues such as
physical education and sports in the process of forming a human personality, problems that we
encounter in the educational sphere while teaching this discipline.
Physical upbringing and Sports are not only a means of physical development, neither
human health, nor only its social activity, but it affects the development of intellectual and
moral traits of different ages. Between school disciplines, Physical Education and Sports are
distinguished and lessons are inadequate, therefore, we believe that identifying the problems
related to this issue and researching the reasons of their causes, leads to the actuality of the
presented topic.
The work is a novelty because the research, which deals with the course of the lesson,
has not been carried out specifically at the Middle School level.
Hypothesis of research topic: Lessons are not properly conducted at the Middle level of
general education institution. There are several reasons:
• Problem of Infrastructure
• Teachers' lack of qualification
The research aims to study the practice of physical education and sport lessons of the Middle
Level of general education institution. To accomplish his goal, we have set the following tasks:
• Table Research / review of existing literature on the example of Georgia and foreign
countries;
• Determination of research methodology;
• Determining the issue / problem;
• Researching;
• Analysis of information received as a result of research;
• Development of conclusions and recommendations.

The study subject is the research of Physical Education and Sport Lessons' Practice of the
Middle School in general education institution.
The object of research is: the process of physical education and sport at the middle level of
general education institution.
Method and type of research: We used the qualitative method of research: analysis of
documentation, the same desk survey and also the quantitative research (Teachers and pupils of
physical education and sports of the middle level),And the research tool was a semi-structured
questionnaire prepared in advance, which is the schema of the qualitative research.
Target Group: 138 Physical Education and Sport Teacher and 160 Pupils of Middle
Levels of Different Schools of Tbilisi were selected as Respondents.
The final part summarizes the main findings, conclusions are elaborated and the
recommendations are elaborated.
