There are many unanswered questions about the restoration of justice today. In my master's thesis, I will try to highlight essential moments. For job effectiveness, I define the purpose, objectives / results, subject, object and research methods.
The purpose of this study is to determine the essence and importance of restoration of justice and, in this regard, the policy of modern Georgia. To accomplish this goal, the following tasks are set out in the paper:
1. To study the essence of restoration of justice and to distinguish its signs;
2. Implementation of "restoration of justice" in sentencing;
3. The specifics of restoring justice in modern Georgia.
