Abstract
For Master degree thesis: studying common for Georgia, Keda region dicotyledonous nettle (Urtica gen). plant that contains considerable amount of biological active compounds (carotenes, natural sugars, organic acids), and biochemical analysis of liquor, that was made from this plant. Also were researched results of biochemical analysis; nettle potion techniques; dessert liquor’s-“nettle liquor” production terms and receipt.
Thesis aim: research of pharmaceutical therapeutic nettle plant, potion production in optimal terms from plant’s leaves, using this potion to make tonic, dessert liquor.
Our thesis is researching unstudied in Ajaria region, specifically in Keda dicotyledonous nettle (Urtica gen.) plant’s chemical composition and it’s changing dynamics, with this information we can set harvesting agro periods for nettle plant; potion and alcohol-water potion from plant leaves production techniques explore; “nettle tonic liquor” getting/production mode and methods.
For analyzing obtained product, we used worldwide acceptable methods and ISO standards: nettle plant’s alcohol-water potion and products from plant’s leaves useful chemical compounds researching and calculating with spectrophotometer (Glories) method.
