Abstract
Social media and the way people behave there, has been an issue to discuss during past several
years, but this subject lacks number of researches. Social media shares opportunities to spread
information more effectively,it lets people receive the information about vast number of issues, it
observes society’s attitude and reaction towards different subjects thus these are the main
reasons why modern companies have started to use social media for their businesses
permanently.
It is not easy to find a field without the impact of technological progress. Internet globalization
and, especially,a huge interest towards social media, have made companies to give social media a
special place in their field of work’s agenda setting process.
The aim of this paper is to research - what it is like agenda-building process in companies’ social
media activities, which mechanisms, framesdo they prefer to useto have authority in people’s
choice.
The paper contains thoracal researches about agenda setting, public relations, the agenda setting
of social media, the connection of social media and people.
