After gaining independence from Russia, Georgia began to regulate various areas by adopting independent legal acts. In this regard, entrepreneurial justice is especially important.
Over time, Georgian legislation is subject to change. Among other things, Law on Entrepreneurs is also changing and improving.
For starting an entrepreneurial activity it is important, first of all, to know what legal forms of legislation are being proposed.
It should be noted that, in accordance with the legislation of Georgia, there are several legal forms of business activities, but the most common form among them is Limited Liability Society (carrying abbreviation Ltd).
The desire to create it is due to various reasons. Among them should be noted its simple legal structure and management.
Thus, the legislative regulation of the institution and judicial practice will be considered in the context of the modern state.
It should be mentioned that a perfect and unmistakable law hasn’t been created yet. It is clear that the Entrepreneurs Law is not an exception. Life is a matter of many things that are not reflected in this law. Gradually, lawmakers and judicial practice will certainly help eliminate these shortcomings.
