NATO – Black Sea Region Strategy, in the Context of Regional Scurity

Black sea region in the modern period represents an area of NATO – European Union interests, which is proved by “The Strategy of Black Sea” documentacceptedby the European Parliament back in 2011. This can be observedwith the highlightedattention on 2016 Summit in Warsaw and 2017 Parliament Assembly in Bucharest. Besides, the Ministerial has passed the pack of documents, related to security provision in the Black Sea Region in 2019 in Washington, D.C. Recent Annexation of Crimea gives a plenty of evidence regarding of the multiple-side and various interests expressed by the global actors, which cross over the Region and can be a field of possible conflicts.
Today, one of the strongest NATO members – Turkey is increasing cooperative policy with Russian Federation. As a member of the Black Sea Region geographically, Turkey creates additional questions and issues for the interests of Allianse with this course. Key interests contain such aspects as, stability, security, sovereignty of the member-states, etc.
Thesis consists the research of multiple-side interests over the Black Sea Region from the Global perspective, considering the targets of Georgia. As well as the factors, which act negatively on Georgian integration to the North-Atlantic Allianse.
