Technological development expanded to almost all the sectors of life in XXI century, including human resources management. Nowadays, both private and public sectors consider modern approaches into management to be challenging.
Foregoing thesis studies and analyzes modern standing and approaches in human resources management on the examples of international and Georgian companies. It is hard to have a productive employee in the epoch of millennials without unique, original and special approaches to them. That is why, this master’s thesis aims to study the challenges concerned to the integration of digital technologies in modern human recourses management in private sector companies. In as much as, there are no studies undertaken in a Georgian reality on the positive role and effects of HRM digital transformation in practice, this thesis is focused on the analyses of the challenge, figuring out of possible solutions and suggesting certain recommendations in this regard.
