The subject of the thesis is the theories and mehtods of management, as the art of managing; role of managers in development of organizations and characteristics of personnel management. The objectives of the paper are to study the principles of management, as well as to determine the role of managers in increase of efficiency of modern organizations.
The thesis discusses different theories of management, elaborated by leading researchers. The substantial part of these theories act as basis of management development, since the most researchers have devoted much of their lives to the study of management practices. However, the paper also discusses the works of the researchers, who have not been recognized and have made minimal contributions.
The thesis analysis examples of effective and determined management, based on theoretical knowledge and practical experience of management of modern organizations.
Besides, the paper discusses human resources, as an important intellectual asset, that determines future objectives and strategies of the organization.
In the conclusive part of the thesis, we summarize the information discussed and make conclusions about the topi.
