Abstract
Georgia is the country of wine within 8000 years of wine making history and traditions. In Georgia grapeal ways was a holyplant. After so many archeologists digging they found out very important information about winemaking. More than 5000 years archeologists step by stepd is covering new hypothes is about wine's history. It's not a long time, since archeologists started digging in one of the most important region south-west Adjara . For more than 300 years Adjara was a part of Ottoman empire , this was the reason why people stopped making wine and they almost for got traditions of wine making-but still they tried hard to save wine making old traditions for new generations. Our aim is to learn e very thing about wine making traditions in Adjara from written materials-in this case on the examples of mountain Adjara.
