If we consider the fact that a time that we have is minimal andit needs a rational partition, modern person wastes most of his/hertime. A topic that we discuss is actual, because in economics properusage of a time management is the most important and it has been atopic of discussion for many researchers for quite a long time.
A goal of the thesis is to determine what function time as oneof the main capitals has. Our objectives are: determining theimportance of a time factor for a society, forming the time principlesand the options of measurment, also, understanding how to rationalizetime and fight against quite a long list of the negative factors of it.
