Our Bachelor's Degree "Problems of Management and Effectiveness of State Enterprises
in Georgia" concerns the system of management of state enterprises in Georgia. Our goal was to
study the basic principles of corporate governance, and therefore we consider the topic of
research relevant to us. The objective of the survey is to show that efficient management of state
enterprises is a major challenge for most countries. Introduction to the World Experience of
Corporate Governance of various profiles of research and research is the object of research in
the active and successful state enterprises of different countries in the Baltic States. As a result of
our research we have proven that in case of failure to meet criteria in the country, the
privatization or liquidation of state companies should start automatically. The research of our
research is a testimony to the need to develop a unified reporting system that states that all state
enterprises periodically submit their activity report and financial indicators to the management
body. Effective management of state enterprises is a major challenge for most countries. In the
state both at the central and local levels, the system of corporate governance should be
implemented that will provide maximum economic and social benefits from state enterprises.
