სამშობლოში დაბრუნებული შრომითი ემიგრანტი ქალების რეინტეგრაციაზე მოქმედი ფაქტორები

This issue is about labour migration, in particular, the process of reintegration of labour migrant women after returning to homeland. The question of migration, especially labour migration is important and current for our country. The main reason of labour migration is the economic condition and financial problems of the country. Emigrants from Georgia are emigrated to labor emigration, as there are employment and economic problems in the country.
The state plays a big role in supporting immigrants during emigration and after returning to homeland, as well. This issue is more actual and important for the Government of Georgia, a grant program, that is aimed at promoting and supporting the reintegration of immigrants returned to their homeland, proves this.
Many factors have influence on the process of reintegration of imigrants. It’s very important to study the ways of adaptation and relation-ship with family and relatives as well, as understanding the importance of imigrants adaptation on labour market for improving the whole process of reintegration.
Due to this problematic and current questions, the work concerns the research, which was done for reviealing the factors, that effect the reintegration of home-returned migrants. For deep studying the question qualitative research was done. Within the in-depth interviews we had talked to migrant women returned from Italia and Greece.
Based on the theoretical material and the informations, taken from research, was revieald important tendency, the conclusions about the efficiency of the program offered by the state was done and was mentioned the main factors that effect on reintegration process of migrants.
