Abstract
Nowadays, people travel a lot and during this trip they have to choose the best option of hotel. Advertisment, promotions and loyalty programs allow them to choose the hotel they want. That is why, the task of every hotel is to create a product that will be guaranteed and high quality service. Depending on the above mentioned, special importance is given to determine the quality of services in hotels. Presented master's work deals with the quality of hotel services on the example of different hotels. The work is done on the example GTM plazza Hotel Tbilisi, Terrace Avlabari Hotel Tbilisi and Rogalux Hotel tbilisi.
The first chapter of the work examines international tourism as an important sector of the economy, discusses about the role of tourism and the hotel industry in the development of tourism, percentage of international accommodation.
The second chapter of the work examines international hotel industry - hotel services market segmentation, Hotel management system and features, international and national standards of management.
The third chapter of the work describes the characteristics of international visitors. The second sub-chapter is entirely devoted to research of international visitor services on the example of specific hotels. The last sub-chapter presents research analysis, results and recommendations. At the end of the paper a conclusion is drawn from the research.
