Abstract
The Master's thesis - "Management of Human Resources in large organizations (case) - challenges and opportunities" consists of three main chapters, including research review and results of analysis, references and annexes.
The introduction has a standardized form and it consistently reflects the issues such as urgency of the master’s thesis, the importance of research, the purpose of the research and the issues to be studied.
The first chapter includes the review of literature and describes the stages and transformation of human resources management. How the development of the post-industrial environment and the growth of economics of developed countries contributed to its development. Over time, what goals and functions were imposed on it and depending to what kind of models it managed to be established in the modern economy as one of the leading fields.
In the second chapter we discussed the following issues: Human Resource Management in public organizations in the case of Georgia and Estonia. We discussed the similarities and differences between the countries. In the case of Georgia, we discussed LEPL - Public Registry of the National Agency of the Ministry of Justice, where the research concerns the "Management of the Job Evaluation System".
