Bank and credit system represents one of the most difficult and interesting fields of modern highly developed countries, which is characterized with some developing properties within the terms of transforming economy and capacity of the whole economic system greatly depends on its perfect working. Establishing of market relations and developing in perspectives is unimagined without successful functioning of commercial bank system, as it has a direct influence practically on each field of market economy, determines vector of its development. Goal of the work is to discuss and analyze the essence of bank management and system of its evaluation.

The first chapter discusses essence of the bank management; the second chapter – bank management elements and system and the third chapter is devoted evaluating the commercial bank management and analyzing the management improvement methods. The work is enclosed with the conclusion and list of used literature.
