The present paper deals with the conflicts in Georgia, genocide and ethnic cleansing, which are discussed in the framework of both national legislation and international law. In addition, the paper discusses the problems that resulted from the genocide and ethnic cleansing on the territory of Georgia.
The paper explains genocide and ethnic cleansing in both the internationally recognized sense and in accordance with national law. In addition, the paper discusses the actions taken on the territory of Georgia, where genocide and ethnic cleansing took place, in particular the conflicts in Abkhazia, the conflicts in Ossetia, and the 2008 Russian-Georgian war. In addition, the paper discusses the legal or material damage caused to the Georgian state by these actions.
The paper discusses the decisions of international and domestic courts of national jurisdiction over genocide and ethnic cleansing in Georgia, as well as other similar decisions for comparison. The paper also presents statistical data, which show the consequences of the conflicts in Georgia.
