Master’s Thesis is related to the domestic violence and to the problem related to burden of proof. The topis is quite relevant, since there is a rising data of domestic violence which is mostly caused by various social and economic factors in the 21st century and by it’s nature itself. The scope of this paper is to identify the main problems related to the topic and to offer the reader relevant ways and approaches to solve them.
