Abstract
Machine learning works with the following concepts, computer can learn information without human mediation. Computer should give the result and some information from incoming data. In short, this is a scientific discipline which is trying to make up; ”How to program systems on automatic learning and perfections, with pushcase experience”. The learning in this context, is not considered as a getting a new knowledge, but as an investigation on difficult patterns(sample, pattern, form, scheme, diagram) and making an intellectual decision on the existing data. The biggest difficulty is that it’s to hard a set of all possible solutions with according to all incoming data. To solve this problem, algorithm will be developed in machine learning frameworks, which give the knowledge from the data and experience.
