Leasing market of Georgia

Our master's thesis "Georgian Leasing Market" deals with the development of the Georgian leasing market. Our goal was to study the essence of leasing, advantages, classification, legal framework and subjects of regulation of leasing transactions, the structure of the world leasing market, associations. Therefore, I consider the research topic relevant for us. The purpose of the study is to show that leasing is a multimillion-dollar industry in the modern world. 80% of companies in developed countries use this financial instrument. 1/3 of the total investment in fixed assets is carried out through leasing. The activities and activities of leasing companies are very diverse. It all depends on the lease term, the nature of the relationship, the type of device, the organizational structure of the company, and much more. The subject of the research is leasing relations that have developed in the Georgian space, the object of the research is information posted on the official websites of the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure of Georgia, the Ministry of Finance of Georgia and leasing companies operating in Georgia. The main result of our research is that leasing reduces the demand for credit, i.e. Helps to reduce credit.
