The present Master's Degree is dedicated to preventive measures to be used against a juvenile in conflict with the law. The master's thesis consists of the introduction, three chapters, five subchapses and conclusions that are included in the list of used literature, and include a total of 73 pages.
The first chapter is dedicated to the review of the literature used in the research process. The second chapter is the research / analysis of the problem in which the peculiarities of the preventive measures used in the conflict with the law are discussed in accordance with national legislation and international acts. Also, the grounds for the use, modification and abolition of the preventive measures and the rule of appealing them. The third chapter is evaluated and summarized by the results obtained in the study of this issue.
