ჩუქების გაუქმების სამართლებრივი საფუძვლები და შედეგები

The subject of the study is the legal basis and consequences of termination of the gift contract, which are provided for in the articles 529 and 530 of the Civil code of Georgia. The scientific study of this issue is not only theoretical, but also of great practical significance, since the problems discussed in the document, which characterize the gift in Georgian law as a contractual institution of origin of property rights, are still incomplete in the judicial practice of Georgia. Based on all the above, the article will focus on the analysis of decisions of the Supreme Court of Georgia, Georgian scientific works, as well as information obtained from foreign literature and various electronic means, theoretical and practical aspects related to the research topic, which, I think, provides an interesting basis for this article.
The document will also discuss the case law of foreign countries, legal norms, and approaches of continental or case law countries to the research problem.
A summary of the results is presented at the end of the study. The recommendations are presented and the main provisions identified as a result of the study are developed as a conclusion.
