Abstract
Modification of carbohydrates by various types of organic compounds has recently played a significant role in the synthesis of new of biological snd pharmacologically active compounds.
The application of glycosides for the modification of biologically active organic compounds, on the one hand, change their biological and physiological action, and on the other, may reduce their toxicity.
The goal of present investigation consists in synthesis of N-glycosides containing nitrosogroup.
The condensation reaction of D-glucose (1) with 4-nitroaniline was studied for the first time. By acetylating the synthesized N-β-(4-nitrophenol)-D-glucopyranosylamine (2), the obtained N-β(4-nitrophenol)-2,3,4,6-tetra-Oacetyl -D-glucopyranosylamine (3), The interaction of (3) with sodium nitrite synthesized N-glucopyranosylamine (4), which contains a nitroso (-N=O) group.
