Abstract
Every day members of society have to negotiate with state officials as well as business partners to conclude a contract. However, this does not mean that negotiations are only happening between countries and state officials on important and urgent issues for the country, also in almost everyday life we have to clarify the relations and resolve conflicts through negotiations.
Negotiation is the possibility for two or more parties to achieve the necessary and fair results. The goal of the topic is to equip participants with necessary and effective techniques and skills of negotiations, and advise them how to conduct conversation with theoretical knowledge, as well as with the practical experience.
The topic concerns to the process of discussion at the negotiation table as well as a wide range of negotiations within the country and the diplomatic agreement with other countries, as well as to eliminate various conflict situations and misunderstandings.
Negotiations are not only a matter of business world; this area is really one of the fields of art. A man is involved in this process from the very birth, at first unconsciously, then by the influence of others, and finally attempts to understand better this issue and develop as a professional.
The topic deals with the methods of asking the right questions, recognizing the motivation of the interlocutor and reacting to it in a relevant manner, conducting clever debates, observing the dynamics of the conversation and and the ways to avoid unnecessary misunderstanding.
