In today’s rapidly changing enviroment, the main feature of the successful organization is the constant willigness, readiness for changes and the management skilss. According to this, in the recent years the demand for organization development consultants has increased in the world. Master’s thesis: “The history of organization’s development and counseling in Georgia” will clearly show us what is the situation, in this case, in Georgia.
Master’s thesis about a topic such as organization development and consulting as a profession in Georgia. It’s development stages, the history of establishing consulting companies and their experience. Also it includes the relevance and importance of coaching in Georgia (one of the direction’s of organization development).
Master thesis contains the main part which includes four chapters and their subdivissions and the conclusion. The content of the topic is given in the introduction.
The main goal of this research is to create Georgian history of organization development and counseling and coaching as a profession.
