My master’s thesis deals with criminal liability for taking bribes. The paper consists of a review of the literature, an introduction, eight chapters and subsections. As well as the results of the research and the findings, which are also followed by a list of used literature.
The first chapter of the paper provides the literature that I used when working on the paper. In the second chapter, I discuss the concept of bribery and bribery. The third chapter is devoted to the historical foundations of the struggle against bribery, with Rimmel having two sub-chapters. As for the fourth chapter with its subsections, the composition of taking bribes is discussed. The following, fifth chapter, discusses the qualifying circumstances for taking bribes. And in the sixth and seventh chapters of the paper, which also consist of subsections, they deal with the fight against bribery on the example of abroad, the statistics of crime in Georgia. At the end of the paper, the results of the research, the conclusion and the literature used are given
