Master’s Thesis deals with business process management and technology role in insurance companies. The issue includes the review and complex research, which involves a little historical background of the insurance industry, it’s importance, legal regulations and litigation in Georgia, reviews of the foreign countries facts concerned to the topic and the analysis of which allows it to be brought to some conclusions and recommendations, that answer the questions around the issue and offer to the reader the presumed ways to be considered relevant to solving the problems discussed. Each part of its content presents the nature of the insurance sector, which helps to understand and analyze the issues which are mentioned in the Thesis. Based on the examples of foreign countries, we are given the chance to see the outcomes and concrete results. Their analysis reveals the outcomes that can be accompanied by different forms of business processes.
