Main task of the Master thesis is: Regulation of Legislations of Marital Ages

In the research work it is discussed the main task of homey law like: marriage and some undifinite norms related to the marriage and there is given some ways of such problem solving. The most important part is the problem of marriage age, existing fault in Georgian homey law and in communication with related subjects. In the research work there is discussed related scientific literature with the adequate methods of research.
In the work there is discussed historical backround from Georgian past, clearly given main changes following the marrage institutions time to time.
There is the detail discussion what kind of fault we have in Georgian civil code and legislation and I will try to find some ways of problem solution on the base of objective analyses, we will rely on some scientific literature and we will examine the problem in parallel of other countries experience.
