Abstract
The study of this master's thesis is to discuss the importance of "art of negotiation" at the modern stage.
It is noteworthy that earlier, several decades ago negotiations were an important part of professional activity of very small diplomats and political figures. Now that our society is more active and open, the negotiations have become an important attribute of individual individuals and organizations.
Properly pagan negotiations are an important factor for future relations. It depends on the art of negotiations, whether it succeeds in a state or international level, whether it is a company or a person in its work. More and more people are interested in this direction and these facts are based on the actuality of the topic.
The goal of the work is to discuss technical issues of negotiations, such as: classification of negotiations, strategies and tactical methods, practical advice to consider during negotiation, as well as the influence of national and cultural peculiarities on the negotiation process and its composition, on the other hand, The role and role of both international and diplomacy.
In the last part of the work we summarize this information and find out our conclusions on these issues.
